  I can't get enough butter burgers with the cheese curds. I eat here all the time and they have one of my favorite burgers.
  
  I will say my last visit the meat was burnt, but quality is usally not an issue on my visits.
  
  The custard is the icing on the cake. I usally get a kit kat concrete.

  Wanted a small meal--a snack really. Tried the chili supreme. An upgrade over the regular chili the supreme is topped with red onions, cheese, and a dollop of sour cream. Pass on either the supreme or regular: extra toppings didn't improve the meh chili.
  This is a burger and ice cream place. Stick with those.

  The employees who closed at this Culver's location on Saturday 06/29/2019 were incredibly passive aggressive and discourteous to us. We went into the restaurant around 9:50PM because we saw on their website that on Saturdays they are open until 11PM. Less than ten minutes into eating our meal, they began cleaning the tables around us and loudly telling each other to turn off the TVs and the lights. At this point we were confused as to why they were cleaning and closing so early, because not a single one of them gave us any heads up that they were closing. We then quickly packed our remaining food and left without hearing a word from any of the employees. If the hours on the website for the Highway K Culvers are wrong then they should be updated, but if the hours are in fact correct, then somebody should inform the workers who closed on Saturday, June 29th.

  Omg! What a pleasant surprise! I will have to say that first and foremost that Marvin was such a wonderful representative of Culver's. I'm a sucker for great customer service and that paired with good food creates a beautiful marriage! I'm about to dig into this deluxe butter burger with crispy crinkled French fries and melted Wisconsin cheese! Yum yummy! To be remembered. Thanks Culver's O Fallon Highway K! Not to forget! The pecans in the rocky road custard must be toasted because they are crispy and not soggy! Another plus!

  Shocked that I'm only just now writing a review for this because I've been a frequent visitor for years since my office is near here.  When I say frequent, I'd say at least 1 time quarterly I visit.  Between the burgers, crispy chicken and fish sandwich, those are typically my rotation choices.  I've not ever had a meal from here that didn't meet my expectations.  Everything is always very fresh and veggies are crisp.  My only gripe with Culver's is that they carry Pepsi products to which I'm not a fan of, so I rarely have a beverage with my meal unless I'm eating in.  The dessert, custard, is always tasty, but I try my best not to indulge.  lol
